What information do we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to communicate with you and any related research organizations or study sponsors in order to provide services. Many studies are required to have participants who are within a certain age range or gender, so this information is utilized to see if you may be eligible for a specific clinical trial.

Information is kept indefinitely until it is requested to be removed. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the trialpartners.co site.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a clinical trial allows children to participate, parental consent to process the child’s personal data will be collected. In the event that we learn that we process personal data from a child under age 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the stored information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us using the information provided in the contact section of this website. If you have reason to suspect we have collected information from someone under the age of 18, please contact us.

Trial Partners does not share your information with any third party companies other than third party affiliates who help support our platform, such as to provide text messaging services or data analytics and data analysis, and with the research organizations or study sponsors conducting the trials. Information is kept indefinitely unless it is requested to be removed.

The research organization may have different policies around data storage and any related questions should be directed to that entity.

We also use aggregate information about how you interact with our website to improve your user experience. This information is often collected through the use of cookies and is utilized to help us continuously improve the look and feel of our website. This includes relevant content, design/look and feel of the site, as well as ease of navigating the site. Aggregate data is also shared with study sponsors and affiliates to provide deidentified trial information.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to the extent required by law, for legal business purposes, or if we sell or transfer business interests or assets.

If you are a current or potential client, we use your contact information to communicate with you regarding our services and to administer services.
